On Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 8:34pm we were blessed with the birth of Carter James Bouwman (NOT CJ, for those of you wondering). He came quickly and healthy and only 3 days overdue (unlike Payton, 8 days overdue and I was induced). He weighed 8lbs 5oz and was 20.5" long with brown hair (as I know so many of you were wondering). Without further ado, here are his pictures...

Payton surprised us all, she walked into the hospital room and went right up to me (holding Carter) and put her head on him, gave him a big hug, and said "Awwwww!". She loves her little brother sooooo much. She is always worried about him, wondering if he is going with her. She's a wonderful big sister :)

We are sooo happy and feel so blessed to have such a healthy, happy little boy. I'll try to keep up with new pictures of Payton & Carter.
