Payton's First Hair Trim

We finally cracked and decided to trim Payton's mullet. There were only a few hairs that were longer than the rest (hairs she has had since she was born). It makes for shorter pig tails, but when her hair is down, we think it's just adorable with all her mini curls and a little clip... I don't consider this her first haircut, just a trim.

Fall is in the air

This Fall (so far), we have done a few Thanskgiving activities, playing/raking with the leaves, and a few other fall type things...

Payton made a Thanskigiving Day craft (her first time ever with paints!)

We were given an ADORABLE outfit for Carter especially for

Thanksgiving from Auntie Laura & Uncle Brian... so cute!!!

 

 

 

 

Payton helped me raked the leaves and even bag them into a Halloween "decoration".

I was actually impressed with  how much she helped me. It was hard to capture on camera though!

 

 

 

Summer Time- Up 'Til Now

Since our busy summer we haven't done all that much. We have tried to stay home and get some work done on the house. We are ALMOST done the list of things that need to be done in order to pass inspection so cross your fingers!

Since the beginning of the new school year, we have been blessed with watching Cyrus Vanderleek, a friend of ours, every Friday. Payton and Cyrus are just over 8 months apart but get along really well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Overall we had such a great summer!
